FREE for local residents!
Outside patrons must pay a one time fee of $5 become a member
Books -Audiobooks-DVD
Available to borrow for 2 weeks at a time and can be renewed as needed
Renewals can be done over the phone (814) 927-8552
Fines are $0.10 per day overdue
Inter-Library Loan
Some restrictions may apply.

Available through the Libby app (located above) on your phone or device

Magazines
Magazines can be borrowed for 1 week at a time
The Forest Press and Oil City Derrick may also be read in the library

Computers are available for public use

$0.25 per sheet. Faxes are $1 per page.
